What is your exchange/return policy?

Please check your chosen star sign/ products thoroughly as we do not offer exchanges or refunds on quality goods.

Mercii prides itself on only selling true to image products, so we have a no return policy. However, if you believe your product is faulty, you have received a different item to the one you ordered or you feel you have a reason that an exchange is justified then please send images/details to info@mercii.com WITHIN SEVEN DAYS OF RECEIPT

Will I receive free shipping?

Mercii provides the standard mailing service free of charge on orders over $149 domestically within the US. This service is available internationally (outside the US) on orders over $199. 

When will my order arrive?

Mercii ships all products with reputable couriers – delivery times vary contingent on location but usually within ten days for USA (please insert your address at the check out for an estimated delivery time). If your order is required quickly/for a special occasion please don't risk it and select the Expedited Option at the checkout. Please keep in mind any industry sales or holidays that could delay deliveries, customs and flight handling. *Now due to the current pandemic and limited air travel shipping can vary. For outside the USA free standard shipping can be delayed.

I entered the wrong shipping address, what can I do?

It is very important to insert the correct shipping address when you place your order. However, if you enter the wrong shipping address contact us immediately at info@mercii.com - our Care Team will update your order if it has not yet been shipped.

What if my jewellery gets lost in the mail?

Mercii ships with brand name global courier services that provide mail-tracking facilities. We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during shipping.

Will I have to pay any duties on top of my order?

Please note all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. Your local customs authorities establish the limits for duty-free packages.

Mercii will not be held liable for any fee, duties and taxes which may be applied to your order by customs in the country where delivery is made. 

Please contact your local customs offices if you would like to seek more information regarding taxes and duties applicable in your own country. 

What if my package was returned to sender?

If for any reason your package is returned to us we will do our best to get it re-shipped to you. However the reshipping may be at an extra cost.

Is my purchase safe?

We use a Shopify platform for our Mercii website and checkout – simply put Shopify is one of the biggest e-commerce platform in the world. Take a look at the Shopify terms of business for further details.

What are the specifications of the zodiac pendants?

We took over a year to design the Mercii Zodiac Collection, ensuring we provide the absolute best product for the price in the market. Each pendant is

Dimensions- Pendant diameter 1” Adjustable chain length 17” to 20”

Materials- 18k gold plating over 925 sterling silver.

Each Pendant is shipped in a unique Mercii Pendant Box with an original Reading Card specific to each Star Sign from our astronomer.

How do I know if the necklace will fit?

Each piece is clearly labeled with the dimensions in the description, if you are concerned about the length we suggest to measure some string or shoe lace to check.

Jewellery Allergies / Colour change:

Everyone's skin type is very different - we are unique after all – and as such it is impossible to give 100% accurate information. However, we use only the highest quality products that are tested for allergens. Do check that the materials used in the product description are right for you. Please follow jewellery care to uphold the longevity of your piece, we do not except refunds for negligence or unique skin reactions.

Jewellery Care:

We suggest removing Mercii jewellery if excessive perspiration (exercising), showering and swimming and where possible avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, hair products etc.

Do not use harsh chemicals, bleach, oil, and jewellery cleaners; to clean your jewellery, we are not responsible for the maintenance of your piece.

If your jewellery is not being worn be sure to put them away on a soft surface, avoiding other jewellery and metals. Best to remove whilst sleeping.

Privacy Policy:

By using our website, you (the visitor) agree to allow third parties to process your IP address, in order to determine your location for the purpose of currency conversion. You also agree to have that currency stored in a session cookie in your browser (a temporary cookie which gets automatically removed when you close your browser). We do this in order for the selected currency to remain selected and consistent when browsing our website so that the prices can convert to your (the visitor) local currency.
